Introduction
Ludovic Mercher, a French painter, has a notable presence in exhibitions throughout the country. He explores the balance between architecture and nature, spirit and matter, past and future, as well as the ancestral and the modern through his creations. Mercher deliberately uses a refined color palette and experiments with various materials such as metal, fibers, paper, and ink. In his works, he incorporates rust to symbolize the imprint of time through oxidation.

I enjoy juxtaposing geometric and modern lines with landscapes associated with nature. The idea is to make them coexist.
